Natalia is a compassionate ThetaHealer® and Access Consciousness practitioner who is passionate about helping others reconnect with their true selves.
With a background in Psychology (BSc Hons), she weaves together traditional knowledge with intuitive, heart-led practices to create a safe and supportive space for holistic healing. Natalia’s training spans a range of energetic and somatic modalities, allowing her to gently meet each client exactly where they are: emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

In this deeply relaxing session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner gently touches 32 points on your head. These points correspond to different areas of life (like control, creativity and communication) and help release stored thoughts, emotions and limitations. Many people experience a sense of peace, clarity and mental lightness afterward.

You will lie comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner uses soothing, hands-on techniques on the face, neck and upper chest. This process helps rejuvenate cells, release judgments about aging and restore natural vitality, without products or needles. Clients often leave with a glowing appearance and a profound sense of inner calm.

During a ThetaHealing® session, you’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative stare using the Theta brainwave. From there, the practitioner helps identify and release limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and patterns stored in the subconscious. This is done through intuitive questioning, muscle testing (applied kinesiology) and energetic healing techniques.
You’ll remain fully clothed, seated or lying down, and fully aware throughout the process. Sessions may involve belief work, emotional clearing, inner child healing, or ancestral work, tailored to your needs.
Most people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered after a session. It’s a gentle yet powerful experience that supports emotional, mental and spiritual transformation.
